First room I got wasn't reset from previous people second room.i got had a broken window then they tried charging me extra fees the staff was nice but honestly horrible rooms with horrible rates . I understand that at that cheap of price I wasn't getting g the Ritz but at the price I at least expected semi clean rooms with intact windows

It was a red flag when police were sitting on the corner across the street. The rooms were mostly clean,but just on the surface. I didn't feel inclined to stay, so I turned the room key in and went to another location.

room was nasty, door would not lock, no cups, sheets & towels threadbare. AC rattled very loudly, only 1 light bulb in entire room. sounded like someone was doing gymnastics i room above

The location

That they charged me and extra $44.96 and they claim they refunded it but here we are they claim they refunded it on the 8th however we are now at the 17th and I'm still waiting. It also helps to know I use cash app and have had refunds before and they don't take this long. I do not believe they have refunded the funds
