Beds and pillows were comfortable

The front desk lady was rude and charged me extra fees that I shouldn't have had to pay and I paid for a room with 2 beds but she gave me a room with 1 bed n than said she didn't have to give me 2 beds than she wouldn't let me check in the 2nd night bc she wanted to charge me 16.85 again for my service dog which I think is illegal
