When I did not like about the property is the staff the way they treat you the way they’re rude to you the way they demand that you pay them instead of the booking app so if they can make the commission and how they tell you that you not allowed to have any guest visit you although you came all this way so that you can visit family you got a hotel room so that you’re closer to your family and yet they are rude to your family and your guest and tell them that you’re not allowed to have anybody there at all if I want it that kind of stays and I would have stayed at my parents house not a hotel Well, I did not like about this property as the staff is very very rude. Stay to visit you how come you can’t have any guests come visit you in a hotel room that you paid for to be harassed and if you have any complaints about the room being filthy or dirty, they tell you if you don’t like it to go get your money back and leave and they cuss at you and they are very very rude to your guests that you had come over to see you. I should have recorded the way. The woman had spoke to us as customers. She also told me that I couldn’t keep paying for my room online after she asked me days beforehand to get the room through her so that she could get the commission in the booking app did it so I was being nice and doing that and then when I did it one day because my money was on my card and not in cash, she yelled at me and told me I was not allowed to get the room.

The only thing I like about this property is online booking price through the booking app. It’s very reasonable.

I wasn’t the only guest that she was yelling at in the process of me trying to get my belongings out of the room because they kicked me out for tell them that the new room was dirty. I seen her yelling at several other guests. It will only let me upload four pictures where I have many many pictures of the whole room looking like this unless they’re gonna leave a review on Google on any review app if anybody wants to see the rest of the pictures
