"A nightmare"

I found a bed bug in the bed. When I checked out the same day, I was told I would need to talk to management about a refund. Upon speaking to management they told me they found no bugs, alive or dead and refused to refund my money.

"SUPER RUDE MGR/DISHONEST MALE EMPLOYEE/SLUM LORD HOTEL"

The roaches crawling on the bed. The filthy dirty linen, none of it was clean, pillow cases and sheets had nasty stains on them. Refrigerator had milk and hot dogs from a previous guest left in it. WE WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND OR STAY THERE EVER AGAIN!!!
