Housekeeping and the breakfast staff were absolutely kind and so helpful during our stay. Kudos and high fives to them all!!

The main desk had a motion detector to detect the comings and goings of the lobby. However, I had to say hello several times to get a clerk up front to assist with my needs for a late night check in and needing a set of towels. Staff were very helpful once they responded to my voice. Although the motion detector is a good idea for monitoring incoming and outgoing customers, it is largely ignored by the desk clerks. There must be another way for guests get better service at the front desk and feel secure as well.

The ceiling in our room had signs of water damage. The air conditioner did not cool the room. The building as a whole looked run down. Not what I would expect for the price point.
