The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. I also appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle service, which provides transportation between the airport and the hotel. Having this service available was very convenient and added value to the stay.

While the complimentary shuttle service is a great amenity, I wish there were more clearly defined pickup and drop-off schedules. At present, it can be difficult to know exactly when the shuttle will arrive, and a published timetable or a way to track the shuttle in real time would make the service even more convenient. The bathroom layout could also be improved. The shower area is not fully separated from the rest of the bathroom, making it easy for water to spill onto the floor outside the shower during normal use. While this is a relatively minor issue, it was somewhat inconvenient. The location is great if you’re catching a flight from the Newark airport but if you’re visiting NYC and want to stay here, the travel feels like it takes forever. So it’s not a great location from that point of view.

It’s contently right outside the airport where one can travel to and from easily.

It is a fine hotel to sleep in for one night before an early flight. Good shuttle service.
