Feeling welcomed and they remember people.

The eggs at breakfast could have been better but that's what happens when you make for hundred people

The location was excellent, with good walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and Rogers Place.

The halls stank of weed, the first room we were given had a leaky shower tap, and the second room had a very annoying buzzing sound which we couldn't find the source of. Additionally, our key cards stopped working before the end of our stay, some lights were broken in the room, and parking was not included, which is a complete rip-off. It's $20 for the night, though the signs in the parking lot itself said $15. It was $16 if you became a member of HIG.

Parking spaces were slightly limited during the hockey game, but we were still able to get a spot outside the hotel.

Amazing staff at check in and appreciated the extras like having a garbage bin outside in the parking lot. Best customer service I have had in a long time.

staff members gave my car a boost to start because of the very cold weather. that was so much appreciated!

Close to downtown Edmonton

The smell. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and it smells like curry food. It’s very off putting

Spacious room, great breakfast, friendly staff, fridges and microwaves in room.

Room near the elevator and sports groups were staying, a bit noisy. The balcony door was left ajar and difficult to lock - the weather was -22. An older room - clean but needs upgrading.
