Hilton Antwerp Old Town

We stayed in this hotel for a night. It is located near to the center city with access to The Church of the Lady which is a beautiful church and also to restaurants of all kinds. The front desk were very friendly allowing us to check in earlier so were able to rest after a train traveling. Room was spacious and clean. We recommend it.

The staff was exceptional. The housekeeping was terrific. Great location. Nice quiet room

Nothing.

Location is good but Hilton is always a brand that u don’t know where to put them . Sometimes looks like a 5 star , many times like 4 and some as 3 . This hotel is old and the rooms are spacious but a ridiculous 75 cm wide shower (?) Just to enter the lobby and have the ful smell of the Coffe shop food and fried oil and u see the plastic flowers u understand this is a basic hotel without my intention to improve . Like many other hotels ask for our help to save the planet , but Hilton does not help much by placing old type of amenities still wrapped in plastic and papers Paris Hilton should take over :)

Uitstekende locatie

Parkeerkosten, Hilton zou een korting kunnen geven want meerendeel van gasten komt met auto.

Mooi gebouw

Supervriendelijke en hartelijke ontvangst, zowel aan de receptie, de ontbijtzaal en aan de bar. Comfortabele bedden, grote badkamer. Verzorgd ontbijt. Zeer centraal gelegen.

Het interieur en het meubilair is gedateerd, vast tapijt in de kamers en op de gangen. Alles heeft wat opfrissing nodig. De airco werkte ook niet naar behoren.
