Nice lakefront property. Very pleasant and clean.

Bathroom: toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Grout was dirty. Caulk was poorly maintained and installed. Shower head was held into position by a bandaid. Outdated shower enclosure. Poorly lighted. Tiny bar of soap so we went into town to buy some. Bedroom, when you paint you take down curtain as not to get paint on it, linen was no as clean as expected. Chargers didn’t work. It’s a very outdated setup. The view was nice but when you pay a lot of kk why to rent a room, you expect better quality. Only a single elevator operated. My dinnner salad had little flavor. Sometime food is so good you don’t want to eat outside the hotel. We ventured out. The curiosity coffee was ok. Sorry for a bad review but I’d never stay there again.

The hotel was 'ok'. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Our King Size bedroom was adequate. Wish the refrigerator had a freezer section. The restaurant was out of steak (not sure how that happens at 6:00 pm in the evening). It also doesn't allow substitutions (i.e. change brussel sprouts for broccoli). That being said the food we did eat was very good. One of the two elevators was not working, which made the wait longer.The pool was not accessible for maintenance. It was very small and green.

Great location and view but hotel was very basic, not clean, no services (even had to ask for towels), no housekeeping services.

Nice location on the lake with a walkway and pier. Close to restaurants. Friendly greeting checking in.

Hotel is in a terrible state of disrepair. No daily housekeeping. In general run down and dirty. There are far better options at a lower price point.

Only half the hotel has a/c and the so called cleaning staff entered our room before we checked out while we were at breakfast (8 am) and threw out our food, personal hygiene supplies and purchased souvenirs before we returned.

After my stay I discovered that there are numerous negative reviews describing the same issues, which clearly indicates that you were already aware of these conditions. By continuing to accept consumer payments and deny refunds, you are complicit in perpetuating this scam. Lastly, I am actively exploring the possibility of a class action lawsuit against you and 41 Lakefront Hotel for the repeated pattern of negligence, deception, and the mental and emotional distress caused to myself, my wife and other consumers before and after us. If there is a pathway to hold you legally accountable, I will ensure it is pursued. Denying me a refund under these conditions clearly shows how much you value profits over the health and safety of consumers who blindly trust they are getting a value out of their stay based on the newly $400 a night room we paid. All of you are disgusting human beings and I will not sleep until you get everything that is coming to you for your lawless actions. So help me God I will not let this rest until you are all fined, jailed or shutdown. And if that fails to happen I hope your offspings pay a lifetime for your sins - all of you involved!
