Amazing Property The service was top tier and Lavon’s service was world class! Amazing views and food is tasty! The pool vibes are super relaxing!

Great location, right across from the beach. Also liked that it was a little way from the busy part of Key West. Nice to have the free shuttle to all the action!

We had seven people in our room. There was very very little space to store our things, so it was a complete mess in there with all of our stuff laying everywhere. Also, a couple of the shuttle drivers did a great job, but were a little cranky.

Levan the man, he hooked me up with great drinks and amazing conversation, Levan is the man. Best bartender that’s ever served me, I’d take Levan over anyone I’ve met any day of the week.

First off, HUGE props to the staff here - my sons were sick with a stomach bug for a portion of our stay and they made sure to keep us flush with towels and provided extra garbage bags and latex gloves for us to clean up. I did have to speak French to accomplish this once in the middle of the night but they were so fabulous. They were willing to accommodate a special diet as well, providing plain rice and Powerades to help their tummies. On to the general stuff...the pool area is excellent. Some of the inflatables broke and they were promptly replaced. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables, poolside smoothies and the cookies in the lobby. I appreciated the fresh fruit water every day as well. The only major let down was the lack of hammocks - it was advertised as hammocks everywhere and we really only found one. We didn't use the shuttle into town but I appreciated that it was available.

Had a wonderful experience at this resort for our first trip to Key West. The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming and the bar staff really made us feel at home, *ESPECIALLY* Levan with wonderful tips and recommendations on things to do and his bartending skills! Levan really made our trip memorable and we will be returning very soon thanks to this wonderful experience!

Levan the bartender makes amazing drinks! Hands down the best. He’s so nice and friendly. His drinks have never disappointed.

Friendly check in. Room photos are misleading. Room smelt of mould and mildew. Appears to be some on the surfaces of the door in the bathroom. Filthy floor and fixtures. Coffee machine doesn’t work. Dinner service was lacking. Had to go find cutlery for our meals. No service for additional drinks, only offered dessert after we got up to leave… Not sure why we tipped at all. Won’t be back and would recommend looking at other options if you’re travelling to this destination. Really disappointed for our Christmas stay.

Nice place and Anita and Beaty made it wonderful!!! Staff very friendly and rooms acceptable. Food and drinks pretty good also.
