Amenities were clean and the room was nearby to groceries and food outlets

Distinct lack of parking on site - had to park in the (public, outdoor) shopping centre car park and cross the 4-lane divided road in the rain to get to it.

Great location, the walkability was excellent. It was close to the tram to the beach, close to restaurants, close to shopping centre. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfy, pillows good. It had both openable windows and air-con. There was plenty to choose from at the buffet breakfast.
