Room was nice and clean. Staff friendly

The meals app didn’t allow room service to be ordered I had to go direct to the restaurant and ask. The cafe didn’t do simple food breakfast and only had a single expensive option. The room air conditioner was loud and clunky Booking changes can’t be done by the venu if certain websites are used to book.

We had abit of a mishap, but it was handled quickly, comfortably and professionally by a member of staff that was on our floor. I am VERY happy with how the situation was handled.

Microwaves aren't in the room and it costs $50 to rent one for your stay. $50 to rent a microwave seems abit expensive.
