The important thing in a hotel is water. I was really upset that the water was not hot.

This place sucks!! It is dirty, smelly, gross. I found little black dropping on the bed. I slept one night and checked out the next morning and they are trying to charge for two more nights. I also have a rash on my shoulder maybe from bed bugs...ugh...

There was no receptionist there to greet us when we arrived. Yess , so terrible

Property pictures do match the actual condition of property. Rooms are small. A Laptop is bigger than the TV given in the room. The water does not get hot. The room was terribly dirty when we arrived. When asked for more towels they never arrived. The hotel is attached to a restaurant that had rats crawling by the dumpster outside.

I checked in at 7pm went to get something to eat came back at 1030pm and our keys were not working. Came to get keys fix and no one is at the front desk. Been waiting outside for almost 4hours. There also five other people here. This is embarrassing

The property is falling apart. You are welcomed to a revolving door that is roped off, another door which is broken and blocked off, and finally one small door that is not automatic to roll your luggage through. The check in was fast but it was enough time for me to see all of the peeling laminate from all the counter tops. When I entered the room, I found rodent droppings on my bed and a blood stain on the bedding and walls. I immediately booked another room elsewhere and left. I did not feel safe at this location

Horrible experience booking this hotel to stay. Show up to check in the hotel at 11:30pm all the doors were lock and no attendance there at the property, and no phone numbers to call there were other guests there waiting to be check in. All of us were lock out. We waited for 1/2 an hour and no attendance there at the property at all. Advise any travelers not to book this hotel or you maybe lock out and not able to check in.

Horrible place. When I arrived to check in, nobody was there. There was a homeless person in the lobby and he was touching himself. My wife and I decided to leave and find a place somewhere else. I sent a message to them to get a refund and got no answer. This is totally a trap, lost 80 dollars
