Park Pointe Hotel

+ location is good, 130$ per night, lady upfront was nice - extremely dirty, did not receive back the 100$ deposit, used towels and no hot water, internet was not working and AC wasn’t blowing cold air ( stuck on fan mode ), smelled like cigarettes.

The hotel is very run down, like it's on the verge of closing down. Bathroom vent filled with dust, shower curtain holder filled with rust, no hot water, no tv remove. A hall way door kept baning loudly all night

Smelly rooms, dirty carpets, broken hangers and towel bar, no utilities like refrigerator and microwave. TV not working. Bathroom shower has no hot water that we need to move rooms twice. I feel unsafe as well. People smokes everywhere.

We had a 1 towel in our room, the shower curtain rod was rusted, the door hinges were also rusted, tv was blurry and the carpet was stained and looked dirty. The photos were deceiving but I will say the lobby did look like the photos. We only stayed the night.

Area was super creepy around abandoned buildings. Motel, not hotel function. Room was super out dated and small. Pictures didn’t match actual settings. Would not recommend

I was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We arrived late, check-in went smooth initially. However, upon arrival to our room, it reeked of tobacco smell. Our room was changed twice due to tobacco smell in a non-smoking facility hotel. We were traveling with small children and this was frustrating since our arrival was later and we couldn’t just “go to bed”, but deal with this situation. The last room that we were given still had some smell, but at this point we were tired of transferring luggage, belongings, and our kiddos. The room was run down and old. The handle on the bathroom fell off after trying to open the bathroom door. The fresh pictures in the description do not reflect the actual facilities. It’s time for an update. Also, when travelers book a non-smoking facility, this is what they expect to get. Will not stay here again.

After I checked in, went to the room only to find out that there are light bulbs missing from almost all the fixtures. No hot water for shower. Notified front desk and they told me that the maintenance guys are gone for the day. No other rooms were available to switch out. ( I request a refund )
