Park Pointe Hotel

The lady checking us in was super nice. We called her and told her out TV was not working. She immediately gave us a different room (upgrade). Day 2 our A/C stopped working and we called. The gentleman immediately came and fixed it for us. Day 3 our room key stopped working. I went to the front desk and there was no one there. I rang the bell, still no one. I waited and still no one. I called the hotel # and let it ring at least 10-15 times. Still no one. Another customer walked up and we both stood there. In rang the bell AGAIN this time a little more aggressively and still no one. I called again and let it ring about 20 x. Still no one.. I called one last time and sat my phone on the counter and just let it ring. Finally after about 3 - 4 minutes of constant ringing some young guys stumbled to the counter. You could tell that I woke him up. If you can't do your job and stay awake, maybe Customer service is not for you. (Side note - it was only 4pm)

Though we did arrive late due to flight delays, we arrived at approximately 10:45. The sign at reception showed that staff would return at 11:00. The main door (revolving) did not work and had a glass panel replaced with plywood. All the windows were dirty. The reception area looked nothing like the sparkling clean photo here. The police came by looking for the reception staff person and then left. A man showed up at 11:20 and said that he was just called in to work. While we waited, my husband found another place closer to our final destination in Santa Rosa. So at 11;45, we put our bags back in the car and drove another hour or so north. To say that I was disappointed, is putting it lightly. I would not recommend this property.

The carpet is dirty, and the bathroom ventilation is dusty.

When i arrived there was Noone in the lobby. I had to call someone fro. A number posted on window. Area is not great.

Hotel needs a major renovation. At night the area is very active and lots of shady stuff going on around the property. Not family friendly.

This property was very old and run down. The room smelt moldy and the carpets and chair looked and smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in years. I didn't even feel safe leaving my luggage there much less staying the night. Aftet a brief walk through, I immediately returned to the front desk and asked for a refund and proceed to find another hotel.

Not like what you see in the pictures. I thought property was abandoned when I pulled up. Carpets where bunching up, lights in bathroom were burned out and toilet seat was holding on by one bracket. But staff at the front desk were nice.

I like the fact that it was convenient to a lot of stores around and to SFO but I didn't like is that the outside property was like just like gold and like I don't know it needs to be upgraded

Avoid This Place at All Costs! Listen… this place is not it. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot and drove past some of the rooms, we instantly got that creepy, horror-movie vibe—you know, the kind where you scream at the screen, “Why would they even stay there?!” That’s exactly how we felt. My daughters were terrified to even get out of the car. The pictures on Expedia? I don’t know where those came from, but they definitely weren’t taken here. Nothing about this place matched what was advertised. I would have never booked this dump if the photos had been honest. Looking back, I should’ve trusted my gut when I got an email before check-in saying none of the amenities were available. That was the red flag I ignored. Believe me, I will absolutely be disputing this charge with my credit card company. This place needs to be removed from all booking sites. It’s unsafe, misleading, and disgusting. Stay far, far away.

I stayed in room 161 then switched to 344 due to poor bathtub water buildup by 6”. Second room had the same problem. Marijuana smell entered through bathroom vent from unit below (121). Also, upon check-in, I verified the Expedia quoted rate, staff acknowledged it’s the same. But the paperwork I signed showed “0”. I was told the rate will appear on receipt after checkout. During checkout another staff Florence couldn’t provide me with an itemized receipt. It showed “0.00”. He struggled for 20 minutes. I asked the manager Karen to contact me. After 4 hours I was contacted via email and a phone call. The taxes on receipt was much higher. She informed me to contact Expedia! She claimed she had no knowledge of my complaints about rooms, as her staff didn’t inform her or recorded it! An awful experience…
