There is nothing to like about this property. It’s overpriced, dirty, rundown, not updated, and the staff is absolutely horrible with the exception of Ashley a young Latina at the front desk. They’re just rude and don’t really take their job serious.

The manager was horrible. He gave me so much attitude when I asked for a refund due to all of the noise and construction that was happening at the hotel in the unit directly across from me. I asked for a refund multiple times cause they didn’t inform me that they were ripping out walls and plumbing in the unit across the hall for me and he acted like I asked for his first born when I requested a refund because I didn’t get any sleep for two nights.

The convenience to where I needed to go.

When I went to go look at my room, all you could smell was marijuana down the hallway and there was mold in the bathtub. The second room also had more mold in the bathtub. The third room I had construction all around my room and did not even get a room that I reserved. I reserved a king bed with a walk-in shower they ended up giving me a double bed with a shower and tub. They did not even offer me any kind of discount for downgrading my reservation.

This hotel needs to be demolished. It’s disgusting and a disgrace. The online photos are a scam and the whole place smells horrible.

The hotel was disgusting. It smells musty from the second you walk in. Our room was even worse. The air conditioner and filter was moldy and gross. The shower had mold in the bottom of it.
