"Terrible."

Older lady in breakfast area was only friendly staff and only person that seemed to be working hard.

Room was musty. Bathtub dirty. Iron had a filthy film on it that got on clothes. They didn’t bring towels when requested. Air conditioner was loud.

"room in need of some repairs: leg of desk chair missing a caster, something else I can't remember."

Wasn't impressed with breakfast - food just so-so, environment way too crowded, choices OK I guess but not a fan of the biscuits/gravy or the sausage, coffee sub-par, and orange juice watered down. Eggs were OK. Room was clean and acceptable amenities. Personnel universally friendly. Mattress a bit springy but slept OK. TV and towel situation good.

Elevator was very noisy and shook when reaching the top floor.

We've stayed a few times the last years. This was the worst stay so far. It has great reviews but we Don't recommend. Although The lobby is pretty and the breakfast gal is great, Those don't outweigh the Problems. Toilet not functioning properly. Offered to change rooms but already unpacked. Brought a plunger. No compensation. Lamp Bulb out but Bulb replacement not available...not Offered a replacement Lamp. Also, Need 3 way for Brighter light when needed. Wall damage in Bathroom not repaired. An Uncovered corner of box spring showed Disgusting stain. Many workers stay here. Hardly ever anyone at the front desk. In room phone doesn't show how to call front desk. Certainly didn't feel like an appreciated customer. We Expect more than it gives.
