Best Western New Albany

We've stayed a few times the last years. This was the worst stay so far. It has great reviews but we Don't recommend. Although The lobby is pretty and the breakfast gal is great, Those don't outweigh the Problems. Toilet not functioning properly. Offered to change rooms but already unpacked. Brought a plunger. No compensation. Lamp Bulb out but Bulb replacement not available...not Offered a replacement Lamp. Also, Need 3 way for Brighter light when needed. Wall damage in Bathroom not repaired. An Uncovered corner of box spring showed Disgusting stain. Many workers stay here. Hardly ever anyone at the front desk. In room phone doesn't show how to call front desk. Certainly didn't feel like an appreciated customer. We Expect more than it gives.

Easy check in and friendly staff. Housekeeping knocked on door the first morning to see if we needed anything. This was great as we had run out of body wash.

Breakfast was okay but a choice of additional fresh fruit would have been nice. Only fruit was apples.

There was allot of knocking and door opening and closing from the neighboring room throughout the night, which disrupted our sleep.
