Nothing they had bed bugs!!!

They had bed bugs and I had to find another hotel at 10pm. They acted as if it was no big deal. Asked if I wanted another room or my money back. They did get my money back. But I had to spend that night and the next day washing everything and had to throw a lot of my belongings away because they had already got into it. I washed and dryer everything I could. But no it was horrible and they were everywhere. Bathroom floor chairs and beds. It was very much a do not recommend!!!

Breakfast good, location convenient.

Housekeeping was terrible. Beds weren’t made property didn’t look like they changed the sheets had to move to the second room second room at least the guy in the top half of the sheet but full back cover is still looked all wrinkled and slept in. Ice machine on the floor not working radiator noisy no body wash or shampoo and dispensers.

First time staying in New Albany and went to tripmaster to check hotels. I looked at availability and price and the best western was really fair price high rated so booked a room. I'm a disabled vietnam veteran with mobility issues and they booked me in an accessible room. The room was clean, inviting and bed was very comfortable. Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time we come. The only thing I would suggest is to add a shower chair to the tub, I cannot stand for extended periods wuld enjoy showers sitting than standing

Pillow case on floor, light inside door had one of two bulbs not working . Tv didn’t work.

Hotel is nice clean and safe environment I would recommend this hotel before any other in the area.. shopping plazas right in walking distance not to far … great places to stay

Room 100 had been cleaned to some extent but there was a plastic flosser on the floor as well as some items, possibly gum, and a plastic piece on top of the dresser. The top of the dresser was also quite dusty indicating it had not been cleaned for weeks. The sofa bed seemed to not be quite right with the top of the bed being slightly lower then the remainder of the bed and no bedding was available in the room to make the bed even though it was booked as a family of 4 in the room, clearly indicating we would need the second bed. I was able to get bedding from the front desk, but it was an extra step that should not have been needed. Also, the bathroom only had towels for 3. The floor throughout the room was slippery for some reason, possibly a buildup of some type of floor cleaner residue, and the room seemed overdue for a renovation with curtains deteriorating and showing water staining as well as stains on the wall and a moderate amount of scratches and dents on the walls. Nothing was horrible, and the issues we experienced seemed primarily due to poor housekeeping and deferred maintenance. The breakfaset was below average for a self service breakfast buffet as well with no fruit choices aside from two apples that seemed past their prime. There was also no decaffeinated coffee available. The front desk staff were nice, but I was anticipating a better maintained room for the price point.
