Clean and great customer service.

Clean room in a good location near Oxford. Breakfast was just okay. They should include muffins.

My check-in was fantastic. The girl at the front desk was very personable and helpful. She got me right into a room. The room was clean, but there was a smell of deodorizer, and the room felt almost "wet". I considered asking to change rooms, but assumed all of the rooms on the first floor had the same issue after seeing a dehumidifier in the lobby.

Room smelled musty and bed was hard. Everything else was nice.

The clerk was not friendly when we checked in. The second guy was friendly. The hotel was clean and close to Ole Miss!

Fitted sheets kept coming loose. The bed foot was higher than the head. Bathroom Sheetrock showing thru in areas.

The bed was poorly made and the mattress was very uncomfortable. There was dust on several articles in our room.

The property was average.
