B&B Hotel Reims Centre Erlon

Used the hotel as a one night stop over. Clean tidy, excellent breakfast choice. Car parking facilities adjacent were covered by cctv which was a good point. All the staff were able to communicate with us in english....

We absolutely loved that this place was located right by the train station. We could also walk anywhere in the city pretty easily from where this was at. It was perfect for the bubbles tour on Tripadvisor as well because they pick up from the tourist station. Be aware though that they change 9,90 euro per person for breakfast. While we felt it was a great value, they don't tell you how much ahead of time until check out.

The A/C blew air but it wasn't very cold air. The room never got completely comfortable and we supplemented air movement with a fan that we brought with us. The breakfast was typical of most breakfasts that we had during our two week stay in Europe although it was a bit on the weak side. We were able to easily walk a couple of blocks to a area of downtown that had lots of open air restaurants.

Clean and comfortable. Close to the station and city centre which is handy when you are using it one night as a base for the region.

We have stayed in Ibis Hotels many times over the years and we had a problem here that was entirely my fault. I had booked this Hotel some time ago and we paid the rate at the time, however having missed my error when checking our itinerary I found to my horror that the date I booked was for the day prior to what it should have been. We were in the Ibis in Bourges when I discovered this and the receptionist was extremely helpful in contacting Ibis Reims Centre and arranging a room for us. I expected to be penalised for this by either paying the difference or losing my pre-paid payment. However when we arrived in Reims, stayed overnight, and were checking out I was delighted and surprised that we were not penalised at all. I highly recommend Ibis Hotels for Customer Service and although I marked the comfort section down slightly, that was because it is next to the main railway station and some noise was present even although double glazing was installed. I also am slightly disappointing that Ibis seemed to have stopped serving meals as previously they did. It was very convenient to eat in and not need to go looking for a restaurant although once again the receptionist was very helpful in directing us to an area where there were a number of restaurants.

Overnight stop when travelling from South France to Calais for a ferry. Rooms are quite small particularly the bathroom. Excellent location,payable overnight parking behind the hotel. Short stroll into the centre of Reims for an evening meal.Would recommend eating out rather than in the hotel.

An overnight stop en route to Côte d'Azur , 10 mins walk to GHMUMM champagne

This hotel is practical if you are in and out of reims from the train station. It is 1mn from the station and 5mn from the city Centre (Place d'erlon). rooms are clean and comfy enough for a short stay.

As expected Ibis experience although the bathrooms were a lot smaller than usual. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Location perfect.
