No air-condition, a fan was provided, couldn’t cancel to go somewhere else, noisy because window was open for fan to cool the room, had to unload luggage on street then carry it in down flight of stairs to cart , off site parking was $45 and then signs everywhere to take all your valuables like it’s not safe., I reached out to hotel for a credit and never heard back , would not recommend., I’m thinking they have a great location so figure all the rest doesn’t matter.

We went to the World Cup, and the location was perfect. We were less than a mile from Pike Place Market, shopping, and bars, and within walking distance of Lumen Field. The staff was very friendly. When we called them with concerns, the air conditioning more towels they were friendly & took care of our concerns quickly. Beds were comfortable. Loved the coffee shop attached to the hotel.

I would have given it all stars but the rooms weren't the cleanest, had a funky smell & the air condition was ok, but didnt blow much air out. The shower heads were loose. Needs a good update & cleaning.
