Staff were not friendly. I felt like an inconvenience during check in. No one would greet you in the hallways.

The worst hotel I stayed at in Seattle. Very, very bad front desk service. When I checked in, they only gave me the key. No explanation for anything. You have to ask everything yourself. The staff seemed rushed to leave and had no patience at all. Calls from the room to the front desk were never answered. We ordered breakfast, but nobody told us anything about it. The ceiling light in our room was broken, and we had to wait until 11 PM for someone to fix it. The room smelled bad, like something was rotting, and everything felt very old. The room was also unbelievably small. When the storage closet door was open, the main entrance door could barely open. The bathroom was tiny as well, with only enough space to turn around. There was no microwave in the room. This was the only hotel among the five hotels I stayed at in Seattle that did not provide a microwave. The room faced a parking lot. Cars would make noise at all hours, and the windows provided almost no sound insulation, making it difficult to rest. Even housekeeping required a reservation and charged an extra $40, which was ridiculous! I am extremely disappointed. The actual room looked nothing like the photos shown on the booking website. The room quality, condition, and overall experience were completely different from what was advertised. I will never come back and would not recommend anyone stay here.

Kiosk check-in is a pain. Feels like flying on a budget airline with staff directing you to check in on a screen when they are right there and could easily pull up reservation. Parking is expensive and not that great. Room is tiny. Bathroom needs updates.

Convenient location

My room did not have a working thermostat on air conditioner they were completely booked and unable to accommodate another room, asked to have all 3 rooms booked by each other and we ended up on 3 different floors, room smaller than expected and bathrooms are tiny. Rundown hotel

Great location as far as being able to zip around Seattle easily. We weren’t staying in our room much because we were so busy. Great food on site and the cafe was it! The staff was super nice and easy to work with! Ari was delight.

It was pretty small and dusty in our room. Totally can overlook those things, but we were so hot AC wasn’t working at all and the room was small so it felt claustrophobic. Glad they gave us ear plugs night life was popping.

What a warm experience - one of the best hotels I’ve ever been! Located in the heart of downtown Seattle , 500m away from waterfront, Starbucks and all the best restaurants in town. It’s a 3-star hotel - truly felt like home away from Home. You get cleaning service once a week depending on how long you’re staying there but can get a top up of water and fresh towels everyday if you wanted to. You can take out your own trash as the community trash is located just outside by the elevators. There’s a coffee shop downstairs - very cosy and serves everything. I stayed here for the FIFA WORLD CUP and it was the best choice ever. Walking distance to the stadium too and there’s a target down the street. Shoutout to the super friendly staff and especially ARI who is super helpful and kind. The whole staff is super helpful and smiley faces all day everyday. I can’t wait to come back to Seattle and stay here!
