Lanier Islands Legacy Lodge

Enjoyed the many amenities and beautiful views of the lake. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Loved sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee looking at the calming lake. Lots of walking spaces, firepit and great indoor spaces. As a state-wide organization, our conferences are like family reunions, and I enjoyed the seating spaces around the fireplace and the multiple areas for reconnecting and visiting with colleagues. (and great group photo opps!) Staff, from the valet to front desk and wait staff were all courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Ordered from Bullfrogs Bar and Grille and food was delicious. Meeting rooms were comfortable, and snacks and lunch were great.

Great relaxing stay. This hotel was decorated for the holidays. Very quaint nice property. I was here for a meeting. The staff was very welcoming (Deanna) at the front desk. They had the staff on board to take care of the customer. The customer service here is exceptional (Lucas). The hotel is very clean. My room was a suite on the third floor. The restaurant on site Bullfrogs was great had lunch and dinner here the server Hunter was very personable. The area is beautiful with the lake and tall trees. Liked the water in the room - the bed was great. They have everything here you do not need to leave the resort. A fitness center, gift shop and 2 on site restaurants. The food for the catered events is great cole slaw and red velvet cake. You cannot go wrong here - continued success !!!

The Lodge is well-appointed and very clean. Both restaurants we tried had good service and good food without the resort pricing. Both meal prices were comparable to in-town chain restaurants. As empty-nesters, we appreciated the many families with kids in PJs for Thanksgiving breakfast. The room was clean and bathroom was spotless. Lovely view of the fall leaves, the lake, and trails. We met two deer and a faun on our morning stroll. Heated outdoor pool was beautiful even at Thanksgiving. The management was visible and engaged, at the desk, lobby, and restaurant which we found encouraging. All staff were friendly and hard at work. Great stay.

Amazing!

I stayed at the Legacy Lodge for a work conference. I enjoyed my time at the resort. It was exactly what I expected of a lodge on the lake. I stayed in one of the villas and couldn't get over how nice the room was. I enjoyed coffee from my balcony overlooking the lake each day and am looking forward to my next visit.

Stayed in the villas for a conference and loved every second. While I love the overall experience, what really stands out for me is the staff. Every single interaction was positive, friendly and professional, and that is so refreshing. The people working there seem happy and that comes through in everything they do, which makes for a very pleasant stay.

We loved our stay at Lanier Islands. The Villa was a nice space, but furnishings were tired and needed some attention.
