This room is old and dirty and it had a smell tonit

Good breakfast. Hot and cold food.

I reserved two rooms and the bathrooms were dirty and not swept. The bathtubs were scratched and the shower curtains were old and stained. The rooms smelled old and musty, I had to go out and buy some air fresheners. I noticed that the rooms appeared to have been painted and the floors were redone. The hotel is in a good location for food and shopping and easy access to the interstate.

Friendly staff

Coffee was terrible. Tasted like it was brewed with an old sock. Breakfast was not available until after 6:00 am.

Room was exceptionally clean all except a water bottle left in the trashcan. But overall everything else was very clean. And I say that having been an executive housekeeper for hotels. The staff is the best for customer service of any hotel around the Cleveland area in my experience. I highly recommend the hotel for cleanliness and staff. The breakfast is an added bonus too!

Unkept, not clean. The sofa I. The room was old and had stains on it. The refrigerator door was bashed in. I took pictures but can’t seem to add them here
