Clarion Inn Cleveland near University

Good location, front desk person had great, friendly attitude; I had booked an accesible room, but mine did not have the accessible shower; disappointed. Nearby freeway traffic didn't bother me; very comfortable bed; slept well; room was clean and well laid-out. Did not stay for b'fast.

The pool was clean and warm, and the hotel was quiet. The staff was also very polite.

The bed was hard as a rock, and the furniture in the room was slightly torn up.

The front desk staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Right off we noticed an odd chemical smell so they moved us to another room. A lot of humidity in the rooms. The bath tub had been freshly painted. Nice floors but filthy. We walked from the bed to the bathroom with bare feet. Black on the bottoms. The pool felt great but was in desperate needs of a good cleaning. Breakfast was decent.

Needed some minor cleaning, i.e. the shower crevices, needed new silicone and there was a musky smell, overall it was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Black mold everywhere, tv had sound with no picture listening to baseball game reminded me of my childhood without Vin calling the game. Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful.

Got bit by spider, fleas

Owner took almost 2 days to change out our fridge. After waiting and mentioning it every half day until I demanded he come and do it. There was cobwebs on the lights and dirty floor when we walked in. Almost the sink was barely draining and the toilet was so loud it would whistle after flushing for anout 5 minutes... extremely loud so we closed the bathroom door after exiting due to that. The pool was nice but all 4 days no one cleaned it or skimmed it.
