The bed was AMAZING! The breakfast made me want to go to be early just to eat again!

I asked for more coffee and milk and only got 3 packets each time, same with asking for toilet paper. I did get what I asked for I just wished they gave more so I didn't have to keep asking over and over again. 90% of the staff couldn't even do the evert to smile (especially the restaurant staff) and I had to repeat myself like 4 times as if they couldn't understand English. When it comes to the room I was very happy but I would have liked it if the showers had doors - everything was always wet after we took a shower.

There were so many cockroaches bybthe time we turned off the lights. The bathroom our bed and even in the fridge.

Spacious room ,friendly reception staff and location was central

They only came to service the room late afternoon which was really an inconvenience and parking is a major problem when the restaurant gets busy

The location and staff were great

Myself and my daughter was booked for a function for the lunch buffet the saturday and we planned to stay the night. We left and came back the evening. By the time we turned off the lights cockroaches appeared. In the room bathroom,my bed and even in the fridge. We would hardly sleep in fear of them walking all over us. We just got up early and went for the breakfast. Stayed most of the morning downstairs. I should have upgraded my room then i might not have had this unpleasant stay.

Great breakfast, amazing view from the suite. Great customer service.
