Days Inn by Wyndham Ormond Beach

Staff was friendly, room was clean, but it smelled TERRIBLE. I’m a very understanding person. But the smell of the room was atrocious. I left within the hour of me checking in.

The staff was awesome however, the room had fruit flies and cockroaches. The smoke detector was missing from the room. The bathroom door was messed up. The bathroom floor sounded like it was soaked with water underneath it. The main door was missing the security lock for the top of the door. I brought all of this up to the staff upon checking out of the hotel. Not sure if it will be fixed or what. I know this will not be a hotel I stay at again.

Price was good; rooms rundown and in need of remodeling.

All in all it stay was okay, there were a few qurks such as having to change rooms 3 times. The first move the remote wouldn't work so couldn't program the TV, so move to another room and upon plugging phone charger in to the wall the electrity blew and the desk Lady didn't know how to reset the breakers, so off to move 3 where I had to get tools screwdriver and tighen shower to turn water on and off but after purgeing the bad Ju'Ju' it was okay..Really need to work on the AC water run off drainage and work on spraying for critters and a tad better breakfast and if there's not going to be an on call Maint. person then the desk person should know how/where to reset breakers... Terrible Service. Bed linens were dirty. Housekeeping was supposed to come change them, never showed up. Had to go to front desk and get linens myself to put on beds. Only 2 wash rags and towels and no hand towels. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days. No coffee pot. Mold on walls and ceiling. AC was disgusting and didn't work properly.
