Everything was good

That for the price I paid for I didn't even get the room I booked and was moved to the 3 floor

We stayed in this hotel over Easter weekend 2026. The first hotel room we were given was not cleaned properly. Used bathroom products, shower had shampoo or bodywash on the walls, used ear plugs on the bathroom floor, and old hotel keys left on the floor in the room. We were traveling with our 5 month old and expected she would be in a clean environment. The front desk moved is into a new room but it was handicap room, so bathing our 5 month old with no shower door was cold and uncomfortable. But at least the room was clean. Room keys were only able to be used once. Then they wouldn't open you door anymore, so we were at the front desk everyday getting new keys 3x +. When we asked why they said they had remodeled but never got the new door locks installed. That they had been sitting in the back room " for months." Tvs did not work the entire time we stayed. When we asked, " there must be something wrong with it underground. There is nothing we can do." We tried to use our own Netflix, but the TV said it was a bad HDMI cable. We told the front desk and they said " nothing we can do." We reached out to the GM of this hotel via email, his workers said he doesnt come in often and would be hard to reach on the phone. And that we couldn't leave a voicemail for him to call us back. We wanted him to know our concerns for the $400 stay we had. He seemed concerned and said he would talk with his team. And that he would refund us %50 for our inconvenience. After a week ( 7 days total) of waiting for the refund. We reached out again. He said it was an "oversight" and he apologized. Then said he was issuing it. 3 day later we received a $57 "refund". We reached out again. Twice. Never heard back. I would not recommend staying here. They dont have clean rooms and you will be very inconvenience the entire stay. And no the GM could care less

Staff was professional, friendly and helpful!!! I felt very taken care of.

Elevator was out of order but not a big deal.

Breakfast was perfect

The door to our room needs to be replaced...hard to Lock and looked like it was beat up

The breakfast lady was very helpful and was extremely nice

Tha desk clerk was not very helpful and had no personality at all

The breakfast was excellent! staff was friendly, room was clean

the bed was not very comfortable

The continental breakfast was so delicious, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful
