"Nice Casino Hotel, but food and bar service lacking."

I gave the Casino a rating of three because the food service and bar service at the Sports Bar was slower than molasses and they cannot claim it was busy because it was anything but. One last stop for a Crush at 10:30 pm found the bar service to be severely lacking in attention and friendliness. Again the bar was not busy at all and there were at least three bar servers on for about 15 customers. We were a party of 7 ordering snacks and drinks prior to the Phillies game on 9/11/25. While we were able to get seated right away, however, that was not the case for placing our drink orders for 4 adults. The service was even slower once our other party members arrived. Our appetizers arrived in a timely manner but again, trying to get the waitress’s attention for drinks or refills was terrible. As was waiting for our check. Second, while our room and the furnishings were very nice, there was no bath soap in the shower. (Room 1214) Lastly, our waitress in the Prime Rib was wonderful on 9/12. She was friendly and attentive.

"Great service, clean hotel"

Attended a nearby concert with my family with kids. What a great and seamless experience at the hotel. We started of with complementary parking that easily transitions to the hotel. Rosilda at the check in desk was the most knowledgeable and friendly check in staff member I've encountered - I suspect it's a combination of great personality paired with effective customer service training. The hotel and room are very clean. Our school age daughters were with us so we didn't experience the casino side. Free shuttle to the surrounding venues. Would go out of my way to stay here again.

Hotel was close to stadiums. We were able to walk there. Clean, and beds were comfortable. Entertainment was right downstairs. You're staying at a Casino so expect that crowd and overpriced drinks, food.
