One of the best times I had in a long time because I was checking for a room for the following week and when I was checking for the room for the following week it was my birthday this day I was asking for the room for the following week and here they had a room available and they offered it to me the gentleman named Aaron was tremendous he went above and beyond what was to be expected for a hotel front desk person as he was checking me in he noticed that I was coughing and he offered me a bottle of water I believe that is the first time at any hotel that a hotel front desk person has offered me anything as I was checking in very polite of him. how long is the hotel we have a beautiful casino which happens to pay sometimes but the hotel very clean I can say very quiet also but the main thing about this day it wast this gentleman who made my birthday very special to me one of the best birthdays I had a long time thanks to Aaron I feel alive thank you Aaron hope to see you soon.

I was in Philadelphia for a football weekend. The team there was very hospitable. Sadat was able to answer my questions and give me great tips about the area. I will definitely stay here again when I come to visit.

From the moment I arrived, Sadat was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and promptly addressing any questions I had. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and Sadat truly made my visit memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially with Sadat at the helm!

My over all experience at the Live Casino Hotel in Philadelphia was spectacular. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable for me and my significant other with plenty of room for all our luggage. But my main reason for getting on here was due to two employees that really stood out to us with the first person I want to say was extremely hospitable Aaron at the front desk when checking in, he had everything I needed. From toothbrushes to water, just so accommodating and such a respectful young man. The other person was at the Prime Rib bar, the beautiful Ms Desiree was on point with recommendations about the wine selections and insightful information about the menu. She got our dinner out in a timely manner and just a joy to speak with. We will definitely be back. Thanks Live for the hospitality.
