"Comfortable"

Food was good not with the room price.

The waitress was terrible her service was poor. I paid with cash she felt I must not had wanted my .77 cent s back so she put that in her pocket not to mention she tried to short me another $10.00 in paper change also knowing I already had her tip on the table when she collected my payment.

"Location, location, location. Loved it."

Our room was beside the elevator which made a really loud annoying noise at night. Other than that everything was perfect.

We were upgraded to the Harborside Hotel Spa & Marina. Very nice hotel. We did not stay at the Regency.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Room was very clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. The only time we ate at the hotel was for breakfast and it was very good. Staff was very friendly and pleasant to us. The grounds of the hotel was clean and has a great view of the harbor. It’s well worth the time to walk around. Overall, my wife and I had a very good time at this hotel. I would highly recommend it.
