Ramada by Wyndham Pinewood Park Resort North Bay

Advertised a pool and a hot tub ,hot tub non existent , and pool has been out of commission for years by the looks of it . Staff was not knowledgeable about contentental breakfast , it was very poor .Air conditioner did not keep up with the heat and it was not very hot out . We do not recomend staying here

Patio door doesnt lock, carpets were dirty. Bed matteress are old 1970’s fireplace smashed unusable

Aucunement comme sur les photos. Piscine non fonctionnelle - aucun spa. Salle de bain pleine de moisissure. Hotel malpropre et pas entrenu.

Do not be fooled by the outdated pictures. This hotel is badly dilapidated with no facilities. It has been let go and should no longer be open.

Staff and room was excellent. Pool in the back looked rough but otherwise beautiful area.

Old, dirty and dingy!

Bed is not comfortable. Pool is not operational and not in use (green water/algae). Furnishings are dated. Room was clean, tidy.

Everything was closed went for the pool and it was closed as well and not indicated on Expedia

location was okay. But the first room that was given to us #126 was dirty and needed a lot of repairs. after talking to other receptionist we were given another room on main floor that was much better.
