Ramada by Wyndham Pinewood Park Resort North Bay

Room was good but otherwise property quite run down. I think it has been a long time since the pool has been open. Okay for the price if just looking for a place to sleep!

Never again and id bever recommend this dump to anyone else. Pay the extra money to stay at a decent hotel

Its looking worn down

Bathroom was dirty, need wiping on walls, can see coffee drip stains. A little stuffyness coming from rugs. Old setting hotel. Main floor is floor 1 downstairs. Felt creepy coming down alone at first. Beds kinda hard, springy, prefers soft beds

No restaurants or pool

Bed and pillows were terrible, didn’t sleep well, toilet seat broke off while I was going

I would say to not plan on utilizing their breakfast, luckily there are options across the road. Bed was comfy, room was clean, does need some maintenance updating - black caulking around tub, cracked floor tiles in bathroom that scrape your feet, but overall we would return as it was clean and comfortable, we didn’t use it for much other than a place to sleep. Appeared to be a tad understaffed as was waiting over 10min for an entry card issue due to staff availability and also only 2 main doors to enter into with card. Quiet area, friendly staff and comfortable room, across from truck stop with many food options and a store as well.

We are still on disbelieve of the condition of this “Hotel” is most like a scene of a horror movie, since you arrive to the property it looks abandoned, dirty and old, at the moment we thought that was only the outside was bad since this place is beside the road… I have to say that the lady on the reception was very nice and polite, then she give us the card key of our room and guide us to the back of the property since was an easy access to our room, she mentioned that the pool was out of service which was a disappointment for us but anyway we say is just one night…. We went to the back, our room was in the third floor and what a shock discovering that the back door was open with no lock on the door, we climbed the stairs and they were dirty with leaves and some dead insects, arrived to the third floor and we’ll, no access key needed how come is not security on this property?… anyway we still feeling positive and just needed to rest and take a nice “bath on the Jacuzzi” We entered the room and the carpet was filthy and they were some dark spots, the carpet was ripped close to the washroom, was a huge smell of mold, so the standing shower has mold and was so unpleasant, they were insects inside the room, the bed looks old and again disgusting, room was dark even after turning on the lights, we approached to the “dirty balcony” just to witness the pool at the back full of mold, yellow disgusting water and besides the balcony being dirty, there was NO lock on the door a metal
