Ramada by Wyndham Pinewood Park Resort North Bay

Our toilet didn't flush. We got another room without an issue. The room is ok, but could be update.

Nice room.

No WiFi or cable, also no pool available as advertised.

The pet friendly room smelled like urine and a hundred wet, rotting dogs. My little dog was overwhelmed, and I had a panic attack, went to the desk, and they canceled our stay. None of the services listed were operational. It is a filthy place, falling into disrepair.

There is NO pool. The place is NOT accessible. The breakfast is sad... and has no real hot options (unless you count toast as hot). The room was clean though. Cable was sketchy - at most we could get the family channel clearly and maybe one other. Which matters when you planned on entertaining yourselves in the pool only to find out it's been emptied out for quite some time.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Ramada hotels but this 1 was horrible. They called and asked us if we wanted a ground floor. Said it’s the exact same room and it wasn’t. Room was dirty. Hair on the bed and towels. Room smelled. The pool was empty. I was to have 2 queen beds and a pullout couch for my husband, my 4 kids and me. Our room had 2 queen beds. They gave me another room so we had 2 rooms but it was down the hall. So we had 2 separate a parent in each room with kids. What a disappointment. The door handle was broken on our patio door, mold in the bathroom, wifi didn’t work. I would never recommend this hotel. They said well you only paid $60 for the room I said no I paid $90.

Everything..this isnt Ramada Inn quilty. .very upset.. very unhappy with the whole experiences.

I don't know why you ask, you never follow up. Apparently there is no pool and they have asked Expedia to change the listing. You haven't. We were very very disappointed....

The place was ok but look run down. Need more up grade looks old
