Nice place with a great staff. Exceptional service by Christopher at the front desk who will made sure our stay was outstanding.

Rooms are spacious. Staff like Bailey and Kima (if I remembered correctly) are very accommodating and kind.

I originally booked this hotel months in advance for a two-night stay, but we later had to change it to one night. When we made that change, the rate increased by about $100 more per night than what we had originally booked. I understand hotel pricing can fluctuate, but that was still a significant increase. At check-in, the front desk associate was genuinely kind and helpful—she was honestly the best part of the stay. While we were waiting for our room for early check-in, the manager spoke to her very unprofessionally in front of guests, even calling her a liar and telling her she could “learn something if she listened to him.” It was uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness that kind of interaction. The breakfast was pretty good. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The bathroom had hair in the shower, the luggage rack was broken, and the curtains were stained and did not fully close, which allowed a bright streetlight to shine directly into the room at night. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the pull-out sofa mattress was old and not clean. The elevator was also concerning, as it appeared to be missing a button and the control panel did not look safe. Overall, the property feels like it needs updating and refreshing throughout. Overall, for nearly $300, the stay did not feel worth the price. The only positive experience was the kindness of the front desk associate during check-in.

We recently had a get together in Nashville and stayed at the Hyatt Place. Not only was our room spacious and perfect for our stay, the staff were so helpful and kind to us throughout the stay. I want to give a special mention to Chris, Bailey, and Lauren who really went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and welcome. You can tell there's some age on the building, but it was a nice quiet, clean stay that I really appreciated. 10/10, this will likely be my hotel and recommendation for anyone traveling in the area.

The pics on booking.com did not match the facility's, except for the actual room pics.. the lobby, etc, was not as purported.

The beds were so uncomfortable and our room stayed warm all during the day and no microwave so no way to heat up our food . When we arrived they said they couldn’t find my reservation even Though I had the confirmation it took over 2 hrs to get this resolved and I feel if I had a confirmation it should of been honored without me having to redo it and pay a few dollars more considering that reservation was booked almost a yr ago . Worse experience ever . I will not stay back at y’all’s hotel ! Then I asked the Spanish girl that was cleaning rooms for some toilet paper and bath towels and all she did was shrugged her shoulders!

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.Christopher is the night desk manager and was outstanding!

Breakfast was taken up early most days because they ran out of food.
