The Westin Mount Laurel

I travel from the West Coast to our facility in Marlton. I stay at the Westin-Marlton and the staff there is over the top nice and polite. I enjoy eating breakfast in the restaurant and Matthew is a great server and very professional

Our stay at The Westin Mount Laurel was made exceptional by the incredible staff. Seiko went above and beyond to help my husband and me extend our stay by an additional night, ensuring the process was smooth and completely uninterrupted. Breakfast service was equally outstanding thanks to Gigi, Sherry and Mathew. They were attentive, warm and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire experience. Gigi even made sure the water for my tea was hot enough, treating such a small detail with genuine care and attention. It’s the people who truly make this location special, and because of the wonderful service we received, we look forward to returning again and again.

Great service every time I visit. The staff is consistently warm and attentive, which makes starting the day here a pleasure. A special shout-out to Gigi—she’s always sunny and truly the brightest part of my morning. Her positive energy and friendly service set the tone for the whole day! ☀️

Staff was great in our meeting room and Amir was very attentive to our accommodations and needs

Great ambience and great customer service. Breakfast was amazing, Sherry even accommodated us with our Dietary needs by getting us turkey items. Gigi was also very attentive and very courteous.

I was only here for one night but it was a very pleasant experience. Everything was clean and modern! The Staff were excellent and oh so kind! Sherry, Gigi, and Andi made my lonely breakfast for one more enjoyable and much less lonely! They were sweet and conversational! From front desk to the housekeeping and everything in-between this hotel is 5-Stars in my book! Thank you for all you do! ❤️

Rooms were clean

Bathrooms stank a bit made the whole room have a smell. Someone broke into our car and stole a jacket.

My wife and I stayed at the Westin Mount Laurel in New Jersey for 8 days, arriving on Friday, February 13, 2026. From check‑in to departure, the service from everyone at this property was outstanding. We had breakfast every morning, and Gigi, Mathew, and Andy always greeted us with a warm “Good morning” and gave 100% to start our day well. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. The housekeeping team also made us feel at home every day with their excellent care. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a positive experience. When we return to visit our daughter and grandkids, we will definitely stay at the Westin Mount Laurel again.
