Great location, friendly staff, excellent rooms

I like coming here, it’s affordable, staff are nice and helpful, only few things is the TVs, I hope they change the TVs to smart TVs with apps because it’s a hassle bringing my console and getting everything to work right and I wish I had the ability to use tap to pay because I had a little hassle because one of my cards were disabled so I had to wait for help because they didn’t accept pay but other than that I enjoy my stay everytime

It was horrible… you get what you pay for, and less… Water pressure was so bad, that we had to take cold showers. The black-out curtains were rotten so a lot of sun passthrough them. The whole hotel smelled like weed. The AC unit in the room was so noisy and loud. The elevator broke twice while we were there. Horrible experience…

Not clean like what you see on website. The websites pictures can lied to people

We never received maid service. Refrigerator/ freezer was not working. It was needed. Bathtub had rust around drain, couldn’t take a bath. Very disappointed.

Charge fees for service animals and claim they are allowed. Rude front desk. Horrible dirty rooms.

The locations is great, it has breakfast included and Miss Carmen is super nice and helpful. The front desk is always there, they are nice and attentive. The only issue is the water, is super unstable pressure for the hot water if any, there was a few times when there was not working. Also the elevador is kinda scary since no light working on the board because of “maintenance”.
