"Excellent stay"

Very well positioned in Yonge Street. Hotel is walking distance to the Hockey Hall of Fame, Union Station, and CN Tower. A subway is nearby (Line 1) which is very handy. Hotel staff are excellent they are very friendly and professional in their dealings. Special shout out to Dinesh who assisted in a personal request ref the tea provided by the Hotel, which was lovely. Room was cleaned daily. Overall a very enjoyable stay and if I’m ever back in Toronto I will certainly stay again. An excellent Hotel and certainly value for money compared to others.

No laundry service provided so bear that in mind Surprised the Hotel has not made an arrangement with a local service provider to provide that service. It didn’t really affect me but something to note.

"Good deal."

Got a deal. Room was quite small but clean. There was a small window that didn’t open. No safe in room. It was quieter than I expected. Staff was friendly and adequate. Fantastic location for downtown events and transit. Overall I would stay again if I got a deal and didn’t plan on staying in the room much.

Amazing friendly staff that couldn't be more helpful and sympathetic to my situation. As I booked this one while I was already in Toronto after finding out the one I originally booked was extremely unsafe. Couldn't of felt more safe here! Perfect for solo travellers. Highly recommend!

"1 Star Hotel"

We were shocked when our taxi dropped us off. The first impression was rundown. We checked in and immediately checked out. It was nothing like the posted pictures online or the reviews. The room was extremely small and very moist. The window is locked shut and the view was garbage everywhere. The front desk didn’t even try to keep us as guests! We didn’t feel safe at all!
