시설 깨끗하고 괜찮아요.

부킹닷컴을 통해 비용결제가 이루어졌는데, 호텔에서 체그인하면서 이중으로 결제를 함. 이중결제에 대해 담담직원에 문의하였는데, 직원은 자신의 실수를 인정하지 않고 보증금이라 돌려준다는 거짓말을 함. 이에 다른 직원에게 확인하니 보증금은 1일에 50달러, 2일이므로 100달러인데, 호텔에서는 추가로 527달러를 결제하여 보증금이라는 말이 거짓임이 명확하게 드러남. 호텔에서 추가로 결제한 카드청구는 아직도 취소되지 않음. 이 호텔은 시설은 훌륭하지만, 직원이 최악인 곳임.
