From the moment i entered Nicolas was BEYOND gracious, went ABOVE and beyond to tell me a bit about the amazing grounds and history behind said grounds. Service was exceptional in all areas of the resort.

The hotel turned out to be a disaster. It may be a good place for a conference and business meetings, but it's completely out of the question for a couple. The location is poor—far from everything. The service was very unpleasant (especially the check-in guy), the parking was expensive, and there was no atmosphere.
