"Comfortable city centre stay to watch Arena concert"

Great location with 15 min walk to the arena . Well appointed room .

The only strange bit was at Breakfast it was possible to have poached eggs and omelettes cooked for you but the waiter tried to discourage it- we only found out because others had it and when we asked for it we are told in a brusque voice that it would be a long wait . Given the cost of this hotel I was surprised.

"Excellent hotel, staff exceptional, good location."

Speedy check in, very friendly staff, hotel was very clean and smelt lovely in the foyer! Room was huge, beds very comfy, nice toiletries and coffee/tea options. Restaurant very welcoming and food very good. Staff really helpful arranging taxis to hospital to visit my husband.

TV wasnt working properly but not a major issue.

Lovely hotel, parking easy, friendly and helpful staff, comfy room - loved the curtains!, yummy breakfast, thanks to all x

Could maybe set up outside area now weather is better. We went out for cigarettes and coffee at breakfast and not very comfy, ie. cushions not out on furniture, furniture not set out.

Very friendly welcoming staff from front to the dining room. Great breakfast, great service in the restaurant. Good sized rooms, quiet corridors. Parking on site. 15 minute walk into central Birmingham.

We only slept there rather than use any facilities. But it was what we needed. Convenient and comfortable.

Parking. You have to pay £15 (plus little add ons) to park your car and yet there for 24 hours. And there are nice informative signs there that say even though you're paying to use the parking, any damage is not the responsibility of the hotel (or parking company). So what am I paying for? If you're staying at a hotel, you shouldn't have to pay for parking as well. I'm alreayd paying to be a guest at the hotel. An absolute scam.
