1. Posizione abbastanza comoda: l’hotel si trova in una zona semplice da raggiungere e ben collegata, uno dei pochi aspetti realmente pratici del soggiorno. 2. Camera carina all’apparenza: l’ambiente inizialmente risulta gradevole, ma purtroppo la mancanza totale di pulizia e di manutenzione ne compromette l’effettiva qualità.

1. Pulizia della camera inesistente: nonostante le ripetute richieste, nessuno è venuto a pulirla né a cambiare gli asciugamani. Inaccettabile per qualsiasi struttura, ancor più per un presunto 4 stelle. 2. Staff assente e poco professionale: il personale non solo è praticamente inesistente, ma quando presente sembra infastidito da qualsiasi richiesta. 3. Servizi inesistenti: la struttura non offre alcun servizio reale, rendendo del tutto ingiustificata la classificazione a 4 stelle. 4. Condizioni degli spazi comuni: la hall presenta soffitti in cartongesso danneggiati e un generale aspetto di trascuratezza. 5. Letto molto scomodo: materasso eccessivamente molle che compromette la qualità del sonno. 6. Prezzo non adeguato: soggiorno eccessivamente costoso rispetto alla qualità offerta.

Cheap, nice room, quiet, good location.

My booking details leaked somehow so I got contacted by scammers, and I didn’t get the sense that customer service took this very seriously - they seemed to think no harm done because I didn’t actually fall for the scam, but I think it’s pretty serious to have a data breach like that. Also, it was not possible to pay with virtual cards, only physical credit card. No kettle on the room and not possible to get hot water in the reception.
