$250 cash deposit for “local” people? We booked through booking.com. Showed up and needed $250 cash to stay. We were there for a soccer tournament and refused service without cash.

Demanded $250 in cash because we were “local”.

The room was very spacious, clean,comfortable, really very nice!! Loved the coffee, breakfast eggs,juice and sausage, bagel with cream cheese, they had a indoor pool but we didn't use it but it looked lovely!! Easy access to the freeway

Everything was great their was not a thing we did not like.....it was wonderful!! Room tax was high but its blue IL

Firstly, $130/night after taxes is too expensive for the quality of room and rest. Secondly, The toilet sits way too low for it to be comfortable for anyone to use who is over 5’ tall. Thirdly, The sink, has to adjust the stop in the sink because it wasn’t connected to the pull. Fourth, the lights by the bed are too far away from the bed to turn off by the switch. You either have to reach uncomfortably far risking falling out of bed or get out of bed. Fifthly, the a/c. It shuts off and will not start blowing again until later when it thinks it’s warm enough. You would think that is typical, but it isn’t. What’s typical is you can adjust the fan to where it doesn’t shut off during the night. I set it pretty low hoping it would keep the fan on but it didn’t work. With the a/c shutting off throughout the night, it kept waking me up. I was unable to get a solid’s night sleep. I will not return.

Breakfast was not good. Cereal, bagels, frozen sausage biscuits

Our room was hot even though AC was set to 60°, kids didn’t enjoy the pool, breakfast was a letdown, staff was not very friendly and didn’t even talk to us.

Perfect!!

Only complaint was the swimming pool was freezing. We couldn’t stay in it more than 5 minutes
