I had called on June 6th to confirm that I would be on the second floor and was told no problem. When I arrived on June 8th they had me on the 4th floor. I wasn't very happy as I spoke to Katy to confirm I was on the 2nd floor. The young lady at the desk changed the room to the second floor .

"More like a Comfort Inn or Motel 6, not a well run Hotel !!"

Long line to check in,booked a month in advance ,computer issues so over and hour to check in and charged $450 for a room with 2 double beds,no table or workspace. Out of hot water by 5:30 with super low water pressure . More like a Comfort inn than a Hilton Property. After reading the reviews it's obvious that this location has very bad management . Hilton should consider hiring professional management as this place is a disaster.
