Hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Its hotel. Great location. Not walkable to downtown but a 3 minute car ride. Parking downtown can be alittle tricky, hotel also offers shuttle service as another option if you’re dining out and wanting to drink

Very friendly Staff who bend over backwards to recitfy various room related issues and in the end, making the stay worth returning to for a future visit. By far the plus factors of Mel/Teemy attending to Guests and providing added benefits were a bonus to offset the issues. The GM/Tom was very visible, daily, watching over his property and chatting with Guests which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and bright, good shower and comfy bed + nice touch with Prime/Netflix options. The breakfast was decent enough for a non meat/egg/dairy eater with fresh berries, granola, nuts, chai mix and oatmeal [too soupy] but could use a multigrain bread option and nut butter option. Loads of good dining options, some close enough to walk. The shuttle was a bit off as they had 2 vehicles and 1 driver, leaving me stranded for 45 minutes in a snow storm in the late afternoon and thankfully finding a local to drive me to the hotel. With follow-up expected, to resolve issues, I'd be back.

Great stay for our kids’ spring break. We loved having a room that entered to the pool. It was an extension of the room and made our space so big. We took our small dogs with us and it was a perfect place for them and close to our ski resort and lots of restaurants.

At its core, the Sheraton Park City looks to be designed as a business hotel. I would not classify this Sheraton as a resort hotel based on the limited amenities. There is a small indoor pool, a hot tub that has a max capacity of 8 and a steam room. There is no changing area or locker rooms. There is a small gym and a decent-sized game room with lots of video games. The resort does a great job catering to skiers, specifically they operate an on-demand shuttle service to and from Park City and Deer Valley. Wait times are short, generally less than 5 minutes, longest was 12. The shuttle service also can take you into “Old Town” Park City in the evenings. There is a daily "Apri de ski," function starting at 4:00 for hotel guests in the Timbers restaurant with hearty, great tasking soup and a daily appetizer - awesome. The Sheraton scores points’ for having a Club room for Mariott loyalists offering a selection of sodas and a high-end coffee machine that will dispense all forms of popular coffee drinks and a very modest selection of snacks. My room was a scooch larger than your standard hotel room with a separate area that was tiled presumable to store skis or perhaps your mountain bike. Staff were well trained and helpful. Great value for the tail end of ski season as rates dropped beginning in April. Pet friendly so next time I’ll bring Fido!

Good location- short Uber ride into Park City so we could enjoy without having to find parking.

Great Apres Ski. Easy use of Shuttle to resorts and Main Street. Only complaint: mattress not comfortable

Great location easy to walk to restaurants. Great indoor pool. The Jacuzzi was dirty so we didn’t go in and that was disappointing but other than that everything was perfect.

Jacuzzi was incredibly dirty. We asked it to be cleaned the first night and it was never drained and cleaned during our stay. It would’ve been nice after skiing to have a Jacuzzi to go in.

Proximity to Deer Valley. Parking below the hotel was very helpful. Hotel staff was pleasant. I like the pool and the hot tub. The steam room didn’t seem to work properly for me.

For the price I expected to have at least a microwave in the room, not one way down the hall on the opposite side of the hotel. There was no hotel transportation to the Stein Ericson Lodge.
