Awesome place . Pet friendly. Starbucks onsite . Great bar and resturant in house . Great local restaurants walking distance . There’s a greenway behind property that Leeds to all the restaurants and shopping nearby . Bon fire out back . Solarium with pool and jacuzzi great for kids .1

Great location for ski vacation to Park City. Pool and hot tub were great for after skiing.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Front office manager, Teeny, was extremely friendly, professional and helpful during our stay. Helpful crew that provided timely shuttle service for skiing as well as storing our skis. Excellent breakfast buffet available at Timbers restaurant. We also enjoyed the concierge lounge for snacks, water and coffee. Kids loved the hot tub and heated pool after a fun day on the slopes. Conveniently located to both Park City and Deer Valley skiing. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely miserable stay during sundance. We ate all our meals at the hotel the first few days and got terrible food poisoning. So much so that I had to go to urgent care and get an IV. Shortly before my food poisoning came to a head, my friend came to visit us, also ate room service, and then got sick as well the following day. There's no ambiguity as to where our horrific illness came from, and yet the hotel denied any responsibility. This totally ruined our trip. There were other little things: the thermostat in our room didn't work, neither did the remote. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with Sundance activity, but we certainly feel horrified that it ruined our festival experience.

Rooms are updated and great bathrooms. Everything was above expectations. Great facilities and indoor pool spa and gym. Great value for very overpriced area. The hotel's General Manager was always there to greet you and very accommodating. Really a special gem of a property that is a corporate brand. Also Ski Butler is right next door and shuttle to take you to base of Park City and Deer Valley is perfect. All staff is even better than some 5 star resorts I've stayed in!

Very good property. Nice sized room, plenty of space. Lots of towels and amenities. Great fitness area. Awesome shuttle service. The only thing I’d rate down is the ‘grab and go’ breakfast for members; it was nice to have but the quality was not great and the availability of food offerings was almost always low, utensils missing, and serving area just messy (seemed like no one was assigned to work this area) Overall the staff at hotel was all friendly and knowledgeable

Breakfast was very good. Although the hotel is not walking distance to the town, the shuttle dropped you off & picked you up upon a call. Very convenient. Great bar for après ski.

The room was clean.

The pool isn't open long enough.
