The spa area is a bit dated but functional. Didn't deduct much from our short stay experience though.

Dirty rooms in dyer need of some repairs and a good deep clean and paint bed sheets had stains on along with the actual bed headrest toilet roll holder off the wall bath/shower needs re grouting definitely wasn't 4 star more 2 at a weak push and not worth the 163.30 for 1 night

Reception and support services, I received a parcel at the hotel and this was delivered to my room excellent and thanks!

Other guests not very respectful of the smoking spots and throwing their cigarette butts on the entrance of the hotel, didn't like that!
