Location. Our 2nd offered room was far better than the 1st one asnwas basic for money paid.

1st room was supposed to be superior but was a basic double room. Asked for and received an upgrade, much better. Hotel is generally looking a bit rundown. Restaurant was in the bar, not separate or in conservatory (as previous experience).

We liked the room, the food, the spa and the staff were very friendly

The room was a bit warm as we couldn't open the window for any length of time as wasps were starting to make a nest in the vents on the left hand side of the window,we alerted the staff about it before we left and they were going to take a look.but it never affected our stay and we will definitely be booking again

The property itself was fabulous We loved the pool , sauna and steam room The staff were all very polite The double bed was comfy The single bed didn’t look much but it was actually very comfortable

We don’t have any negative feedback as we had a lovely stay
