Location and leisure facilities.

Staff shortage - dinner was too long in arriving and minus one starter. Food was unappetising and pricey for the quality. After such lengthy waiting, I could not get desserts as kitchen closed. The room was in need of some upgrading. All bathroom fittings were loosely hanging from wall. The shower was very difficult to regulate to a comfortable temperature, and it felt like it could scald at any time. After a request to have room serviced on second day, housekeeping only arrived after 4pm due to staffing problem.
